Using R for Gene Expression Analysis - Bring Your Data: Part 3

The first hour will focused on interpreting your data using external sources of knowledge to make sense of your gene list. We will see examples of performing a Gene Ontology over-representation in R, including a graphical representation. The second part of the session will be a hands-on session where participants bring their own data. Relevant problems and questions will be selected and solved during the class.
