Using R for Gene Expression Analysis: Part 2

Part 2 will focus on analyzing your gene list and making sense out of it. I will present the commonly used data mining tools for gene expression analysis. Supervised and un-supervised clustering techniques and graphical representation will be shown using different metrics.
