Using R for Gene Expression Analysis: Part 1

Part 1 will focus on using R to importing data, perform quality controls, and pre-processing data before extracting a gene list. We will work with a sample data set from Affymetrix and compare the differences with data from Agilent.

Attendees should have the skills covered in the "Basics of R Programming Part 1" and "Basics of R Programming Part 2 " sessions.
