The quadratus labii superioris, zygomaticus, risorius and triangularis muscles have been resected. The labial arteries(3,18) have been exposed by removal of portions of the deeper muscle tissue.

6 . Internal nasal branch of infraorbital nerve

10 . Parotid duct (cut off)
11 . Superior labial branches infraorbital nerve
12 . Branches of buccinator nerve
13 . Buccinator muscle (inferior part)
14 . External maxillary artery
15 . Labial commissure
16 . Mandible
17 . Labial gland
18 . Inferior labial artery
19 . Marginal mandibular branch facial nerve
