The superficial lamina of the supinator has been detached from its origin and reflected upward.
1 . Muscular branch of radial nerve (to supinator muscle)
2 . Recurrent radial artery
3 . Deep branch of radial nerve
4 . Muscular branches of recurrent radial artery
5 . Supinator muscle (superficial belly , reflected from origin)
6 . Radius
7 . Dorsal interosseous artery
8 . Recurrent interosseous artery
9 . Ulna
10 . Supinator muscle (origin of superficial lamina)
11 . Supinator muscle (deep lamina)
