. Subdeltoid bursa overlying head of humerus
. External intercostal muscle (in background)
. Fascia over shoulder joint
. Surgical neck of humerus
. Articular branch of posterior circumflex artery of humerus
. Deltoid muscle (reflected laterally)
. Branch to deltoid of thoracoacromial artery (reflected with deltoid muscle)
. Acromion
. Acromial origin of deltoid muscle (cut across)
. Infraspinatus fascia
. Teres minor muscle (visible through infraspinatus fascia)
. Axillary nerve
. Posterior circumflex artery of humerus
