Bulb of penis, left bulbospongiosus muscle reflected
The left bulbospongiosus muscle has been reflected to expose the underlying corpus spongiosum and its posterior enlargement into the bulb of the penis. The inferior fascia of the urogenital diaphragm (11) is visible in the deep part of the dissection.
