The left crus has been cut off and the inferior fascia of the urogenital diaphragm has been removed to display the course of blood vessels and nerves supplying the left half of the penis.
1. Corpus spongiosum of penis
2. Corpora cavernosa of penis
3. Lesser trochanter
4. Crus of penis (sectioned)
5. Septum penis (exposed by removal of left crus)
6. Urethral arteries
7. Ischial tuberosity
8. Bulbospongiosus muscle (cut along midline raphe)
9. Bulb of penis
10. Central tendon of perineum
11. Inferior fascia of urogenital diaphragm
12. Sphincter muscle of urethra
13. Dorsal nerve of the penis
14. Dorsal vein of the penis
15. Branch of dorsal nerve of penis passing upward in suspensory ligament of penis
16. Suspensory ligament of the penis
17. Adductor longus muscle (tendon of origin)
18. Body of pubic bone
19. Upper pointer: Deep artery of penis Lower pointer: Dorsal artery of penis
20. Aperture between arcuate pubic ligament and transverse perineal ligament through which dorsal vein passes to prostatic plexus
21. Inferior pubic ramus
22. Upper pointer: Nerve filament that accompanies deep artery of penis Lower pointer: artery of bulb of penis
